i first heard of occupy wall street several days after it began, in early september.

i spent days researching the events of the movement, the ideals behind it, the undeniable facts, & hearing the stories, seeing the humanity surrounding all of it.
i continually found myself completely overwhelmed, tears streaming down my cheeks.
it was a feeling i’d never really known before & something i really didn’t understand.

i was beyond moved.

being in the heart of all of it in, marching across the brooklyn bridge on november 17, was absolutely amazing. just looking around & seeing tens of thousands of people, all crying out for a brighter future for themselves, their children, & those to come in future generations, was an unbelievable experience.

i love all of you occupiers, everywhere, so much.

on an unrelated note, i have a ton of photos to share from our roadtrip through the southwest, los angeles, & san francisco…..lots to come… soon!

it was wonderful to be back in my favorite city, ever! i miss you a great deal, new york.. until next time….
