aaryn & steve had such a sweet wedding on aaryn’s parents’ farm. they were married in the backyard with chairs set up behind the house. their “altar” overlooked the rolling, wonderfully green flint hills & huge open sky of northeast kansas. so natural & perfect. i loved that their wedding party consisted of all of their sisters.
as they said their vows, steve & aaryn just looked SO happily at each other. also, steve’s mom’s family is all from hawaii, & she did a beautiful hula dance as a sort of blessing to the newlyweds during the ceremony.
AND i LOVE aaryn’s choice of a blue, green, & white dress with a pretty pattern as her wedding gown!!!
afterward, everyone headed to the barn for drinks, food, & some really great cheesecake!
the whole afternoon was great—laid back, pretty, & full of love.
